Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
We offer both standard and express shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery at any time.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
If you need a different size or color, please contact us at support@apparelsbymuhib.shop to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@apparelsbymuhib.shop with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
